Now I have to work with that data in Excel. Now if I always work by copying and pasting the data, a lot of my time will be wasted. But instead, I will follow some steps so that my Excel file will automatically import the data from Google Sheets.

Step 1: Publish to Web – Google sheet data

First of all we will publish the data of our Google Sheet on the web. With this, the data of your Google Sheet will be published on the web i.e. Internet which can be easily imported through the Internet. So to publish the data of Google Sheet on the web, you have to click on File > Share > Publish to Web.

After which the Publish to the web window will appear in front of you. In which you will get the following types of options.

Document: Entire Document: If you want to publish the entire Google Sheet on the web, then leave the entire document here, otherwise select the sheet you want to publish. If I want to publish Sheet1 then I will select sheet1.
Type: In Type, you have to select comma-separated values ​​(.csv) instead of webpage.  
After that you click on Published content and settings. And in that you have to tick the option of Automatically republish when changes are made. So that whenever any new data comes in Google Sheet, it gets automatically published on the web, we do not need to publish it ourselves.
After that you have to click on Publish.
As soon as we click on the Publish button, our data will be published on the web and we will get its link.



Now you have to copy that link and close this window.

So till now we have published the data of our Google Sheet on the web in CSV format.

Step 2: Import Published Data to Excel

Now in the next step we have to import that data into Excel, for which we will go to our Excel and follow the steps given below.

Open your Excel file and take a blank sheet.
And then go to Data tab. Where you will get the options of Power Query.
In which you have to click on From Web. (Note that this option may be located in different places in different versions of Excel.)

After that, From web window will appear in front of you in which you have to enter the link received from Google Sheet. Which we created while publishing the Google Sheet on the web and click on OK. (Keep in mind that your internet connection should be active as it will import the data through internet.)

          

And a window like this may appear in front of you in which you will be asked to select the table or document to import the data.

          
        





              After selecting your data, you can click on the Load button given below.After that, the data from Google Sheet has come to your Excel with the help of Power Query.






Step 3: Refresh to import newly added data from Google Sheets to excel automatically in English

Whenever any new data is added to your Google Sheet, it will be automatically published on the web because we have kept automatic republishing on.
When we need to import data from Google Sheet into Excel, we just have to right click on the table and click on Refresh. (Right Click on Table > Click Refresh)
And your Google Data will be automatically imported into Excel.
