MS word tips and tricks 1: Move Complex Data From Word To Excel
In the first tip of MS Word Tips in Hindi, we will learn how to copy complex data from Word to Excel. Now suppose you have such data in Word, then how will you copy it to Excel? You will say, Hey Sir, this is very easy and simple, copy the data from Word and paste it in Excel and it is done, now what is special in it?So let me tell you, if we have any data which has line break in between the text and paste it directly in Excel, then that data goes into different cells in Excel and some Excel cells even get merged. . Due to which we face a lot of difficulty in applying formula to that data later.
So in such a situation we have to do something different for which we have to first remove the line break in the word. If we go through them one by one, a lot of our time will be wasted, that is why we will use these smart Word tips.
For which we will use the Replace option. So first of all we will select the table. And from the keyboard we will use CTRL + H: Replace.
After the Replace window opens, we have to place the cursor in Find What options: and then click on More>> below.
And then after that we will click on the Special button and select Paragraph Mark in it. Because line break in Word is also called paragraph break.
And we will give space in Replace with and then Replace All. And you will see that all the line breaks have been removed from the table you selected and your data is now completely correct to copy paste in excel.
Now you can paste your data in Excel from word.

For this, you have to right click anywhere on the ribbon of Word and then go to Customize Ribbon and next to the keyboard shortcuts below, you will find a Customize button, click on it.
Now you have to choose Fonts category. And in Fonts, select the font for which you want to create a shortcut.
